Overview

At Physique Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements, vitamins, or consumable products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

To initiate a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to post
  • Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund appears
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@physiquewellness.shop

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@physiquewellness.shop.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@physiquewellness.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
