Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship throughout the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your package to delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. International shipping is coming soon.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has left our facility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@physiquewellness.shop and we will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
